ScrollEarn Inc. respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our DMCA agent at support@scrollearn.com, or by mail to ScrollEarn Inc., 4951 Miller Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76119, including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3) to the same address.
